    A practical hands-on training program to enable teachers to master the art and science of virtual teaching and learning.

    ABOUT THE PROGRAM

    This immersive online program will consist of a series of modules delivered through a combination of synchronous sessions and asynchronous tasks. This intensive program will prepare participants/teachers to leverage relevant research, voices from master teachers/experts in the field, design and facilitate online learning experiences using several Edtech tools and best practices from around the world contextualized to India. The Participants can expect one and half hours of synchronous sessions per day; and two hours of asynchronous tasks each week. This will include time to research & explore Edtech tools; design and create lessons, self-assess your skills against rubrics, interact with a variety of online tools for collaboration. Our aim is to share research based strategies that teachers may adopt effectively and quickly. It will also provide mentoring and support from the trainers/master teachers. The culmination of the program will be through an asynchronous online presentation of lesson plans by the participants; on successful completion each participant will receive a Certification for Online Teaching. This course is about helping teacher’s develop skills, confidence and practical strategies to improve your own practice of teaching specific to your classroom context. We are inspired by your commitment and dedication to your students. We are looking forward to sharing knowledge and ideas with everyone about effective online teaching practices.

    MODULE II

    Step by Step methodology to build an online course. Choosing the right Learning Management System. Sharing of free resources and tool kits.

    MODULE III

    How to Assess your students online? Designing assessments appropriate for virtual learning.

    MODULE IV

    Building a caring virtual community. Building
    relationships and ensuring cyber safety and emotional safety. Setting norms with Parents for a healthy parent teacher partnership.
